Recently moved to Sioux City and I've been desperately trying to find good chinese food here. I ordered from New King Sea based on good reviews from other sites. NKS was not horrible, but it was just okay. The General Tso chicken was not General Tso. It actually looked like vomit. My sweet and sour chicken was more breading than chicken and the box was full of peppers that interrupted the flavor of the sauce. The fried rice was just plain white rice with a few peices of egg and 4 peas. They do deliver, which is great and why I gave them that 3rd star, but it took an hour for my food to get to me. Overall, I was not impressed.
